Start with the product and capacity
We define the range, volumes, raw materials, packaging and storage conditions. Meat products, frozen meals, drinks and drying operations need different solutions. I review process sequences, people and material flows, production zones and controls. This creates a practical brief for your designer and equipment suppliers.

Make HACCP part of production
Documentation should reflect receiving, temperature control, cleaning, allergens, traceability and responses to deviations. We identify procedures that can be adapted and those needed for the Polish site. Responsibilities and records are agreed with the people who will use them every day.
Prepare the team and the launch
I plan readiness checks, training and technical support for the agreed launch stages. We record open questions and prioritise corrective actions. Construction, engineering and specialist legal tasks belong to the relevant professionals; I coordinate the agreed food technology work so the decisions fit together.
What your company receives
A process flow and requirements for production zones.
An implementation plan for HACCP, procedures and production records.
A pre-launch action list with responsibilities and priorities.
Pricing and project scope
Individual proposal
Pricing reflects production lines, processes, sites and involvement at each stage. Scope and separately charged costs are agreed before work begins.
Can you support an operating factory?
Yes. We can focus on a new line, product change, identified gaps or a system review. Scope follows an initial assessment of your processes and documentation.
Can we reuse documents from our Ukrainian factory?
They provide a starting point. I assess their fit with the actual Polish site, processes and applicable requirements. Translation alone does not complete that adaptation.
Who inspects the factory: the sanitary or veterinary authority?
The route depends on the products, processes and type of activity. Sanepid is the common Polish name for the sanitary inspection; veterinary supervision applies to a range of operations involving products of animal origin. At the outset, we identify the competent authority and the preparation required for your particular facility.
