Technical coordination on the ground
Within the agreed scope, I can search for and inspect premises, gather assessment materials, discuss food technology requirements with project participants and coordinate preparation. We communicate in a language you understand. Options and costs are discussed before you commit to a decision.
From preparation to daily operation
We prepare Polish documentation, HACCP implementation and team training. We identify the relevant authority, such as Poland’s sanitary inspectorate, commonly called Sanepid. Company registration, tax and legal matters are handled with suitable specialists where required, under separately agreed tasks and responsibilities.

A complete launch is priced as a staged project. It is not equivalent to a single consultation or a HACCP documentation package for a small outlet.
Do I need to travel to Poland immediately?
Many preparatory tasks can be handled remotely. At the start, we identify where online participation or proper representation is sufficient and where your personal attendance may be required.
What does comprehensive support mean?
It means coordinated delivery of the agreed technical and organisational scope. The proposal identifies my tasks, your involvement and work by other professionals, rather than leaving responsibilities undefined.
