I am based in Wrocław. Premises visits, audits and training in Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Gdańsk and other Polish cities are arranged after agreeing the scope, schedule and travel expenses. If you have not selected a site, we begin with premises requirements.

Yes. We can review the concept, menu, premises plan and equipment online before you relocate.
What language will the documents use?
Documents for operations in Poland are prepared in Polish, with explanations in Ukrainian or Russian.
Do you guarantee Sanepid approval?
The relevant authority makes that decision. I help prepare processes, premises, documents and staff within the agreed scope.
Will a ready-made HACCP PDF work?
The PDF or Word format does not determine suitability. The content must match your products, processes, equipment and actual way of working.
Need a food technologist’s perspective?
