Understand the product’s route
Composition, origin, processing, packaging, storage and the supply model all matter. Product category determines which requirements and controls need checking. Products of animal origin and other specific categories require separate assessment; a general consultation does not establish eligibility for import.

Prepare consumer information
I review ingredients, allergens, the product name, storage conditions and other required information for the relevant category. I help prepare Polish labelling and identify questions about specifications. Product claims need separate review so marketing language does not create unsupported promises about the food.
Align the supply chain
We compare product requirements with transport, receiving, warehousing, temperature management and batch traceability. We identify information needed from the manufacturer and importer and clarify responsibilities. Customs, contractual and tax matters belong with suitable specialists; the relevant conditions must be confirmed before sales begin.

Individual proposal
Pricing reflects categories, product numbers, available materials and the level of support. Customs services and laboratory work are assessed separately.
Is translating the Ukrainian label into Polish enough?
Not always. Content, required elements, presentation and category-specific requirements need review. Translation is only one part of preparing a product for another market.
Do you find retailers and guarantee sales?
This service focuses on technical and documentary readiness. Commercial partner searches, purchasing negotiations and sales volumes are not automatically included in that scope.
