Define the search brief
We need your products, intended processes, volumes, packaging and storage approach. We clarify working zones, raw material and staff movement, logistics, water needs and utilities. These criteria guide the search, so we assess properties against your activity rather than starting with unrelated listings.

Assess the plan and the property
I first review available plans, photographs and information from the owner. An agreed site visit can document layout, surfaces, cleaning, storage and separation of operations. Questions requiring an architect or engineer are recorded for specialist investigation instead of being treated as confirmed facts.
Compare options before committing
I explain the strengths, constraints and likely adaptation needs of each option. Floor area alone is not enough; you need to understand what may have to change. A food technology assessment does not replace contract advice, an engineering survey or a competent authority’s decision on the activity.
What your company receives

Inspection material and questions for the owner and specialists.
A comparison of properties, constraints and next steps.

Individual proposal
Search, remote assessment, site visits and comparison work are scoped separately. Travel and additional specialist assessments are agreed in advance.
Can you inspect properties while I am in Ukraine?
Yes, visits can be arranged for an agreed shortlist and inspection scope. We discuss the findings online; you retain the decision about entering a lease.
Is a former food factory ready for my business?
Not necessarily. Your products, capacity, processes or equipment may differ. We assess suitability for your intended operation and identify matters that still need confirmation.
