NATALIA HORBACH · FOOD TECHNOLOGY · PhD
Need help with a recipe, production process, food safety or a launch in Poland? I can help assess the task and identify the next steps. Start with a single online meeting.
I am Natalia Horbach, a food technologist, researcher and lecturer in Poland. I hold a PhD in Chemistry from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, awarded with distinction. I combine food technology, chemistry, biochemistry and microbiology to consider the product and production process together.
I enjoy complex tasks and working with teams. A consultation focuses on your product, ingredients, equipment and working conditions. If on-site work is needed, I can visit your production site in Poland by prior arrangement.

We confirm the materials, duration and final rate before meeting. A technologist, manager or another team member can join the video call if useful.
We discuss possible approaches, missing information and the order of further work. We identify whether a consultation is enough or a separate project is needed.
A consultation supports an informed decision. Documentation, laboratory analyses, trials, a written expert report and site visits are agreed separately if needed.
